How wonderful it would be to live there. If New Yorkers only knew about all that KC loft space!
There is something liberating about a Midwestern sky, expansive and blue. When I think of the Midwest, I think of that Talking Heads song, "The Big Country."

Thanks for your kind words in my comments section; it's flattering to have encouragement from someone whose work I admire. That section of grand street is one of my favorites; I find myself continually returning there for a respite from the rest of the city.
At first glance, I thought this shot was williamsburg. Funny how similar KC and brooklyn can be.
